The Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to head our Victorian team, based at Essendon Airport, Melbourne. This role will require you to lead and manage our team of traffic reporters while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, accurate, and timely traffic reports to affiliate radio and TV stations. If you have a background in radio broadcasting, presentation, and programming, along with previous management experience, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities As the Victorian Operations Manager, you will: Oversee the efficient daily operations of the team to deliver reliable and high-quality traffic reports to affiliate radio and TV stations. Manage and train traffic reporters, ensuring the technical quality and consistency of the product. Foster and maintain strong affiliate station relations, swiftly addressing and resolving any issues. Manage administrative tasks such as rosters, affiliate schedules, and staff reviews. Directly deliver traffic reports as needed. Coordinate delivery with interstate operations and other departments including aviation, copy, marketing, and sales. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Proven experience in radio broadcasting, presenting, and programming. Strong leadership and management skills, with a background in managing teams and operations. Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster a collaborative, positive work environment.
