You are Client orientated Diplomatic Sense of detail Demanding Available You will Represent the Luxury Club Med range with our clients and the teams Apply the company strategy in our Exclusive Collection areas Implement the offer of our services in the hotel and leisure areas Implement good relations with our clients and reinforce the culture and Club Med spirit which is unique Guarantee the application of Club Med standards of quality, and apply hygiene and safety rules, including the maintenance of our heritage in relation to our hotel and leisure services of which you are in charge Drive the economic results of the hotel and leisure services of which you are in charge Be responsible for the follow-up, control, and application of the legal local standards for the field that concerns you Contribute, with the Chef de village, to the preservation of good relationships with the local authorities Identify the needs of your co-workers to evolve in their competences and accompany them in their training In becoming a G.O Villa and Chalet Manager, you will benefit from the infrastructures and activities offered by Club Med.
