About the Role As Village Manager at Waratah Highlands , you will oversee the daily operations of the village, ensuring a high standard of service and fostering a strong sense of community. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing village operations to ensure a safe, well-maintained, and supportive environment for residents. Implementing initiatives that promote residents' well-being, social engagement, and independence. Leading the Resident Journey, fostering a positive and enriching experience. Building strong relationships with residents, staff, and service providers. Managing financial processes, including budgets and reporting. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and operational policies. About You To succeed in this role, you will bring: Strong leadership and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with residents and their families. Experience in a similar role within retirement living, property management, community services, or a related sector (preferred). A commitment to delivering high-quality service and enhancing the resident experience. Strong organisational and financial management capabilities. A proactive and solutions-focused approach to village operations.
