Virtual Lending is a team of Bankers and Home Finance Managers who use digital channels like video calling to help get our customers sorted when it comes to their finances. It’s fast, secure, and you’ll be in the front line of our great service culture using the latest innovative tech. You’ll also get to engage with and manage customers who don’t have a local branch lender or who are not able to get to a branch and build great relationships along the way. What’s in it for me? What do I need? Home lending experience and a rock-solid understanding of how we can help. That means you’ll need home lending experience in either a face-to-face or video lending role, and have a natural ability to build relationships quickly and easily with customers. You’ll also know our mortgage products and services inside out, handling end-to-end mortgage sales and services, with some flexibility to work extended trading hours now and again.
