Key Responsibilities: Research, draft, and finalise medical reports in a clear, formal English style. Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation. Organise, maintain, and update medical records within SharePoint and Google Drive. Meet strict deadlines, managing multiple projects efficiently in a virtual environment. Prepare and structure work proactively, demonstrating a high degree of autonomy and organisation. Essential Qualifications and Skills: Medical Background: Previous experience in the medical industry or as a medical practitioner (e.g., physician, allied health professional) is highly preferred. Subject Matter Expertise: Strong understanding of anatomy and human functional capacity. Relevant Credentials: Holding qualifications as a medical practitioner, allied health practitioner, or business/economical qualifications with healthcare exposure. Report Writing Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in drafting formal, accurate medical reports. Language Proficiency: Fluent in spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate complex medical information in a clear, professional manner. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using SharePoint and Google Drive for document management and collaboration. Time Management & Independence: Able to work autonomously, prioritize tasks effectively, and consistently meet deadlines.
