Some might even say it feels like being “right at home.” Full time: 38 hours/week Early morning 6am start About the role: Partnering with the Visual Merchandise Manager, your role as Team Leader will see you lead a small creative team of stylists to ensure product items on the floor are well stocked to create an oasis of visual inspiration for customers. With your sense of personal creative style, visual merchandise principles, and a love of a dynamic fast-paced workplace, you will execute the creative brief strategy and work with your dedicated team to ensure the Highpoint store inspires, captivates, and creates incredible memorable in-store experiences for our valued customers. To be considered for this position, you will need to be available to work Monday to Friday, with an early 6am start, as well as occasionally during peak/seasonal periods. Your Background: Visual merchandising experience within a retail environment preferred Visual merchandise qualifications or working towards, highly regarded Leadership or supervisory styling experience Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and interpersonal skills A positive attitude and natural creativity Strong understanding of trends and styles, as well as a real passion for visual merchandising!
