CQUniversity is seeking a motivated team member to provide a pivotal role in ensuring our institution meets and exceeds regulatory requirements and obligations. You will be involved in a range of administrative activities including coordination of document control, collation of information, and assisting in the organisation of internal audits across our schools and departments. We are looking for a strong communicator who will be responsible for keeping abreast of changes to requirements and providing advice to others. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of document management systems and quality assurance processes. Knowledge and proficiency to effectively operate business support software including word processing, spreadsheet, database systems, and email. Demonstrated skill and ability in an administrative support role, utilising attention to detail, organisational, and time management skills to meet deadlines and resolve problems with minimal supervision.
