We’re now a registered charity with DGR status. Why We Need You We’re looking for a dynamic Director to join our Leadership Circle and help steer our ship of good vibes and connection. Think strategy, governance, and inspiring people – all while championing our mission of Connection, Fun, and Inclusion. The Role As a Director, you’ll be a guiding light and a builder of bridges – between our board, team, and community. You’ll take our big dreams and help make them real, all while keeping us on the right side of rules and regulations. You’ll: Work with the board to shape our future vision and create action plans to bring it to life. Nurture collaboration and alignment between everyone involved. Manage finances (because impact is better when we stay sustainable). Build relationships that matter – from donors and partners to volunteers and members.
