As you visit and spend time with the elderly residents in our Residential Aged Care Home in Wahroonga, you'll pamper people by providing a gentle hand massage or nail care, such as filing or nail polish (no cutting). Your impact Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated. HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.
