What You'll Do As our CFO, you’ll be at the helm of financial strategy, guiding our business and investments to peak performance. Key responsibilities include: Crafting and executing innovative capital-raising strategies to fuel business growth. Managing relationships with shareholders, investors, and financial institutions. Navigating bank funding options and securing optimal financing structures. Overseeing and providing insight across various private equity investments. Collaborating closely with the operational team to align financial and business strategies. Leading financial modelling, profitability analysis, and driving informed decision-making. Developing and monitoring KPIs, ensuring a performance and bonus-driven culture. Managing day-to-day deliverables of the finance team, offering mentorship and guidance. Coordinating mergers and acquisitions while understanding the unique challenges of entrepreneurial growth. Working closely with the CEO and COO to identify and assess opportunities, implement efficient and effective strategies, and drive the execution of the business vision in alignment with the founder/CEO. What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you’ll need: A strategic mindset with the ability to see the big picture while diving into details when needed. Proven expertise in capital raising, private equity, and managing investor portfolios. Exceptional financial modelling skills with an eye for profitability and efficiency. Experience working with entrepreneurs, understanding the growth pains of scaling businesses. A strong grasp of mergers and acquisitions and how to integrate them seamlessly. A leadership style that boosts collaboration and drives performance. What You’ll Bring Experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in a growth-focused business or private equity environment. A track record of managing shareholder relationships, optimizing funding options, and building investor trust. Entrepreneurial spirit, adaptability, and the hunger to lead in a fast-paced environment.
