WA Account Manager I Test & Measurement Solutions Up to $130,000 base I Car Allow I Super I Bonus Opportunity A leading global company in industrial measurement technology is seeking a strategic and experienced Account Manager to join their team in Western Australia. They manufacture a broad spectrum of instrumentation across modalities such as force, flow, level, and temperature conditions. They primarily service industrial and process markets. This is a dynamic role that will have you responsible for the continued growth and development of the Perth business by following proven sales practices. It involves delivering high-quality technical and commercial solutions to a growing customer base across diverse industries, with a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction. Benefits Up to $130,000 base salary plus superannuation Appealing car allowance Attractive performance incentives Career development opportunities Full product & sales training About the Role We are looking for a strategic and self-driven Area Sales Manager to deliver high-quality technical and commercial solutions to a diverse and expanding customer base. This role is ideal for a professional ready to take the next step in their career, with opportunities for growth and development within Western Australia and beyond. Your ability to interpret customer needs, develop technical solutions, and maintain long-term relationships will be critical to your success. Day-to-day activities are largely autonomous, but you’ll have access to a supportive team with extensive technical expertise. Key duties include: Achieve and exceed annual sales targets and personal KPIs, ensuring year-on-year growth. Develop and deliver tailored technical solutions to meet the needs of customers across various industries. Plan and execute a strategic territory call cycle, focusing on key accounts and generating new business opportunities. Build and maintain an opportunity pipeline to drive new and existing MRO business growth. Manage multiple priorities, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve success. Maximize sales by cross-selling the company’s full product portfolio and service offerings. Regularly analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform strategies and improve results. Candidate To be considered for this role, previous knowledge of instrumentation used to test flow, force, and temperature conditions in the industrial and process sectors is essential. You might have obtained this knowledge through work experience, tertiary or trade qualifications. Sales experience is also important. Ideally, if you've sold to similar markets such as Waste, Wastewater, Mining, Oil & Gas (and so on) would also be highly desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
