About the Role As the Branch Operations Manager, you’ll drive sales growth and branch success through exceptional leadership. You will oversee daily operations, set and achieve sales targets, and manage customer relationships, team HR needs, and warehouse functions. With your sales expertise, you’ll foster a high-performing, customer-focused culture while ensuring operational excellence and delivering outstanding results. Key Responsibilities Achieve and exceed daily and monthly branch performance targets Lead and inspire a diverse team of dedicated professionals to meet KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service Manage team HR requirements, including OHS/WHS compliance Identify opportunities to advance and implement training programs that support team development Build and maintain strong working relationships with key customer accounts Drive sales growth through application of strategic initiatives, effective resource allocation, and pipeline management Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring optimal efficiency whilst seeking opportunity for process improvement Continuously improve processes and systems to enhance branch performance About You Proven experience (5+ years) in leadership roles, ideally in sales or operations Strong track record in meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage Construction industry experience (desirable but not essential) A genuine passion for sales, people management, and process improvement Why Join?
