Wardens / Cleaning / Maintenance (Live in) Vacancy: Wardens / Cleaning / Maintenance (Live in) Employer's Name: Waterside House Campsite Location: Cumbria Waterside House Campsite, Ullswater, Cumbria Start Date: April 2025 - Oct 2025 Salary: £12.50 per hour We are looking for someone to join us in the idyllic Lake District National Park right on the shores of Ullswater. Successful applicants will be joining an excellent team who keep our busy site maintained and running well in a friendly and efficient manner. Duties include: General cleaning and maintenance of the campsite. Dressing and cleaning of our 9 pods and 5 glamping Bell Tents to a high standard. Hours may vary from week to week, but busy times of year include Half Term, Bank Holidays, and Children’s Holidays. Wardens are expected to work between 40-45 hours a week during busy periods. 2 days off will be given consecutively. Candidates must be motivated, fit, able to work long hours, and able to work well under pressure. It is ESSENTIAL that they are team players and can work alongside other staff members. This position would suit a couple with their own live-in vehicle as accommodation will not be provided.
