Responsibilities Administrative: Data entry into ServiceNow system for asset management, demo/trial requests and orders Data entry into Cin7 system of receival of inwards goods and inventory Warehouse: Picking / Packing of Orders Regular cycle counting Ensure all warehouse operations are executed in a safe manner Always ensure the physical security of inventory Maintenance and tidiness of warehouse environment and equipment Other Warehousing tasks as designated Assembly of products according to requirements About You Experience & Skills: Experienced and competent with handheld tools Well-organised with ability to prioritise and coordinate efficiently High levels of motivation, energy and a drive to achieve results Productive in self-directed environment Strong work ethic Previous experience in a warehouse environment is beneficial Experience in Microsoft Office Applications and Office 365 Sharepoint is advantageous Knowledge of Cin7 and ServiceNow desirable but not essential An individual who is keen to learn, and highly motivated with a can-do attitude Exceptional attention to detail Flexible and adaptable to varying tasks and working hours Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members of all knowledge levels This role involves regular heavy lifting and physical tasks. As such, candidates must be physically fit and able to perform tasks that may include lifting, carrying, and moving items weighing up to 20kg without assistance Work Ethic & Initiative You are proactive, always looking for work rather than waiting to be told A natural problem solver who loves tackling challenges head-on You are the first to raise your hand to take on tasks and contribute to the team These qualities are what make HPA great, and we are committed to continuing this legacy. Other Requirements Current Australian driver's licence (manual vehicle capability is ideal but not mandatory) Full working rights in Australia with no restrictions.
