As a Warehouse Clerk, you will provide administrative assistance to various stakeholders, ensuring a cohesive, productive and safe work environment, ensuring the smooth flow of inventory and supplies within our world-class resort. This is a fantastic opportunity where you will ensure all outlets have the resources they need to create unforgettable experiences for our guests. A few of your responsibilities: Receive and reconcile documentation associated with the movement of stock, ensuring invoices are accurate and processed in a timely manner Supplier/delivery issues are documented through the correct channels ensuring internal and external stakeholders are communicated within a prompt timeframe Use automated office systems to facilitate inventory control and to meet office requirements and work deadlines Complete the administrative requirements of the department, and maintain inventory stock records and filing of reports, correspondence, and related material Verify inventories taken against records and assist with the investigation of discrepancies, whilst assisting with regular stock takes What we are looking for: Previous administration experience in inventory control (desirable) Excellent communication and problem solving skills Proven organisational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Ability to work independently and as part of a team Availability to work full time Monday - Friday What can we offer you: Up to 30% staff discounts across our award-winning venues at all 3 of our world-class properties Discounted parking available in the city Mental Health and Wellbeing services Free meal on shift with a new menu every day Diversity & Inclusion areas of focus including Multicultural, Gender, Aboriginal & Torres Strait islander and LGBTQI+ Endless career growth and opportunities to learn and develop your career Opportunity to work with elite professionals and assets About us The $3.6 billion Queen’s Wharf Brisbane development is being delivered by Destination Brisbane Consortium – a joint venture led by The Star Entertainment Group alongside its partners.
