Add expected salary to your profile for insights About the role Driveline Services is seeking a talented and driven Sales and Warehouse person to join our team at our Beresfield, Newcastle, NSW branch. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing our warehouse operations, and driving sales growth for our industry-leading products and services. What you'll be doing Providing outstanding customer service to both existing and potential clients Actively engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and solutions Accurately processing and fulfilling customer orders, ensuring timely delivery Maintaining effective inventory management and stock control procedures in the warehouse Facilitating the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in a safe and efficient manner Supporting the broader sales and operations team as needed What we're looking for Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the warehousing, storage, and distribution industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with customers Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management processes Proficiency in using relevant software and technology to support sales and warehouse activities A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team A valid driver's license and the ability to operate forklift and other warehouse equipment (desirable) What we offer At Driveline Services, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work environment.
