The Opportunity Due to rapid growth, Pet Circle is looking to fill multiple positions within our Crestmead warehouse. As a Warehouse General Hand, your role is both physically demanding and mentally challenging. You'll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing the best and most efficient service possible to keep our customers happy! What you'll be doing Outbound: picking, packing, and dispatching orders to set KPIs. Inbound: receiving, replenishment, and put away. Inventory: cycle counts, stock counts, and batch fixing. General warehouse cleaning duties as required. Your Ideal Skills & Experience Available for shifts between the hours of 6 AM - 6 PM. Available to work up to 3 days a week and commit to working between Monday and Sunday. Must have your own steel cap shoes and a mobile phone. Physically fit to perform all duties. Reliable team player - work at the team pace and follow all team policies and procedures. Positive attitude and work ethic. Safety-focused and proven ability to adhere to all Safe Operating Procedures. Current forklift license with high reach experience (preferred but not required for pick/pack roles). Ability to reach targets throughout the day, including a number of realistic but still fast-paced KPIs. Be able to follow strict processes to ensure our high-quality standard is maintained.
