Job Description
Call & WhatsApp to Ms. Neha - 9870170629 Job Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods. Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management. Ensure inventory accuracy by implementing inventory control procedures, conducting regular cycle counts, and addressing discrepancies. Optimize warehouse layout and storage to improve efficiency and maximize space utilization. Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and shelving systems. Develop and enforce safety procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies, ensuring a safe working environment. Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, overseeing picking, packing, and shipping processes. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, picking efficiency, and shipment timeliness, and implement improvements as needed. Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues. Prepare and maintain operational reports, including inventory levels, shipment status, and performance metrics, for senior management. Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and external vendors. Monitor and enforce quality control standards for incoming and outgoing products. Ensure that warehouse operations align with company goals, such as cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and customer satisfaction.
