About the role Australian Food & Fibre is seeking an experienced and highly motivated leader to manage our intermodal warehousing and logistics facility, located in Narrabri, NSW. We're looking for someone with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive continuous improvement. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with the right management skills to make a significant contribution to our operations, supported by our Warehousing & Supply Chain General Manager, as well as both Gin and Farm Management teams. You'll play a crucial role in leading a busy logistics hub connected to both road and rail networks, focusing on efficiency, maintaining high standards, and developing your team. About you The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes: Proven leadership skills, with previous experience in managing and engaging teams effectively Hold (or be willing to obtain) DAFF Authorised Officer certification. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Attention to detail and workplace accuracy. Strong focus on safety, with knowledge of WHS protocols. A passion for growth and improvement with a focus on empowering others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. An interest in the Australian agricultural sector.
