Warehouse Manager with Fabrication Experience DCTech Blacktown, New South Wales, Australia Are you an experienced Warehouse Manager with a strong background in fabrication? About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring that fabrication orders are completed accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and organization. Picking and packing will be involved. Manage fabrication processes (e.g., cutting, assembly, and quality control). Supervise and support warehouse staff, ensuring safety and productivity. Monitor stock levels and coordinate deliveries to meet customer demands. Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace safety regulations. Collaborate with sales and production teams to streamline operations. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in warehouse management, ideally in a fabrication or manufacturing environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of warehouse logistics, stock control, and inventory management. Experience with fabrication processes (cutting, assembly, or related work).
