We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operator to join our team and contribute to our distribution warehouse in Toowoomba. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the preparation of orders in advance of product distribution, monitoring quality of the distributed product, and ensuring the efficient and safe distribution of goods. This position requires attention to detail, reliability, a strong work ethic and a commitment to upholding our company values. Reasons our employees love being part of the Toowoomba team include: A supportive team offering plenty of future opportunities for training and promotion A central location, right in the heart of Toowoomba Stable and secure employment Access to a social club Participation in an employee share scheme Employee staff accounts with discounted feed The Role As a Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for: Pick and packing orders (full pallet plus mixed 8-20kg bags) Maintaining a strong focus on health and safety at all times Carrying out general warehouse duties Adhering to all work instructions, policies, and procedures Unloading and loading trucks Operating a forklift Ensuring general cleanliness of the workplace You will have: Previous experience in a warehousing environment (preferred) A strong commitment to safety and quality standards Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team Flexibility to work overtime, when required A current Driver's Licence Physical fitness to perform manual and repetitive tasks Reliability and motivation to contribute to team success How to apply If you are a motivated and reliable individual and meet the qualifications outlined above, please click ‘apply for this job’ and submit your resume and cover letter.
