We're looking for an experienced Warranty Administrator with excellent attention to detail who is willing to go the extra mile and make our customers smile. Your responsibilities will include: Keeping all our warranty claims records up to scratch Submitting transport and hidden damage claims Responsible for the warranty storage of return parts and managing the return of all parts requested If your manager requires it, you'll need to cost repair orders and assist other departments with their costings In this role, "attitude determines altitude" - the rewards and benefits are there for someone with a high level of integrity, superb interpersonal skills, and a drive to succeed.
