Join a dynamic and energised waste management company as a Sales Representative and help drive sales and increase market share. Location : Kemps Creek, Sydney, Australia Benefits : 15k in annual travel allowances plus uncapped commission potential Monday to Friday 8.00am-4.30pm Supportive and positive team dynamic Amazing training, mentoring, and induction practices Permanent position supporting the growth of the business Highly collaborative, supportive, and outcomes-driven team environment Long-term career pathways and opportunities within an essential business As a hands-on, highly self-motivated, and proactive Sales Representative, you will service customers face to face and support the growth of the business capacity. A valid car license is required for this highly autonomous and dynamic role. Responsibilities : Proactively promote and sell premium solutions to new and existing customer base Develop timely and accurate forecasts of customer requirements Drive above budget results by identifying new business opportunities and retaining current customers Liaise with all relevant departments to drive mutually profitable outcomes Promote and sell the range of specialty product offerings.
