Provide technical advice and support to councils, landholders, community, and industry groups on water planning and management. Assist in reviewing and amending Water Allocation Plans and Board policies. Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders. About you You are knowledgeable and experienced with natural resource management planning principles. You have skills in developing policy and contributing to strategic planning processes. You have a proven track record managing and delivering projects. You are solution driven, with a history of collaborating with diverse individuals, organisations, and groups on complex problems. You have the capability to understand, interpret, and apply relevant legislation and regulations. You enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment. You have experience or a tertiary qualification in natural resource management, environmental science, agricultural science or equivalent (desirable). The details One full-time (37.5 hrs/per week), ASO5 Water Project Officer 2 year term position. Located in Mount Barker, South Australia Requirements: National Police Check Current class “C” driver’s licence and willingness to drive is essential. Australian residency or a current work permit. Remuneration: Administrative Services Officer Level 5 (ASO5): $84,522 - $94,003 per annum.
