FILLED Business Development Manager - Irrigation, Water, Fire Suppression - Head Office Melbourne. FILLED Valves & Controls - 2 X Business Development Manager WA / NT HYBRID - 1 FILLED / 1 OPEN Responsibilities: Lead your team and your clients & learn from the high-level mentors on your team. Grow your skills and grow your client base. Provide high levels of customer service and be addicted to adding more value than the competition. Work with your State and National Teams to define a strategy for business growth and execute it. Engage an active client base and work with clients to solve technical problems backed by your engineering team. Bring in your own contacts and make valuable new introductions. Drive new business, take daily massive action and maintain high activity levels and standards. Respond to opportunities to quote & create new opportunities to win project sales & product sales business. Work within the team to look for opportunities for business growth and improvement. Experience: Drive, passion, integrity, and an honest love of the business and industry. 4+ Years of Technical Sales Experience within Water, Mining, Fire, Irrigation, Oil & Gas - The company is growing into new segments. Come and lead us! Valves or Water Industry experience, sales or leadership experience. The ability to work 360 with full autonomy with no micromanagement. You need to set a new standard and hold yourself accountable. A great communicator and team player.
