As a Wealth Distribution Lead, you will coach, motivate, and lead a team of Executive Relationship Managers (ERMs) and Executive Relationship Officers (EROs) to deliver excellent customer service and holistic solutions to HSBC’s high net worth customers. You will deliver a seamless banking service inclusive of wealth management and investments, structured complex credit scenarios, and drive customer satisfaction through deepening relationships and developing relevant solutions. You will act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating high levels of professionalism plus strong communication and presentation skills to help guide and influence external stakeholders while fostering collaboration with internal teams to seek timely solutions. You will work collaboratively with your team to drive business development activities to grow new-to-bank customers by working with other HSBC segments, markets, and external referral networks. Responsibilities: Coach, motivate, and lead a team of Executive Relationship Managers (ERMs) and Executive Relationship Officers (EROs) to deliver excellent customer service and holistic solutions to HSBC’s high net worth customers. Develop long-term, in-depth client relationships with clients and execute on business development strategy for HNW new-to-bank customers. Promote the Wealth business offering within the branch network and other HSBC segments to ensure opportunities are identified and customer needs are met effectively, maximising all available resources. Work closely with other segments of HSBC (e.g., retail banking, corporate banking, markets) to deliver a seamless customer experience and referrals where appropriate. Ensure compliance with the relevant Group standards and regulatory requirements. Requirements: Leadership experience in banking, preferably in the HNW segment (e.g., Private Banking). RG 146 training in Securities, Bonds and Managed Investments, Derivatives, and FX. Relationship management experience in managing high net worth client portfolios. Experience in Wealth management solutions and regulation relating to the wholesale and sophisticated investor segment. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Proven strong leadership, motivational, analytical, planning, organizational, problem-solving, managerial, and customer service skills. A high level of EQ coupled with the ability to set clear stretching goals for others and inspire them to achieve. Experience in coaching, mentoring, developing others, and motivational skills. Understanding of the regulatory framework governing both lending and investment offerings in the HNW segment. Preference will be given to candidates who hold Australian PR/Citizenship or New Zealand Citizenship, or who can demonstrate current unrestricted work rights in Australia without limitations.
