As a Web Design & Development Project Manager , you will be responsible for managing the web build of a variety of internet products such as Product Launch Campaigns, build and maintenance of E-commerce websites, viral marketing campaigns using social networks, and others. You will also assist and support clients on their online marketing strategy and deliver appropriate materials to illustrate recommendations. Ultimately, you should be able to manage and deliver our projects’ digital lifecycle within quality, time, and budget requirements. Responsibilities would include: Design and implement digital media campaigns according to business goals. Create and execute project work plans and revise as needed to meet clients' requirements. Resource and ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget. Manage large technical web builds and online marketing campaigns. Manage client relations and head the project team (developers, graphic artists, etc.). Coordinate analysis of client and project issues, strategic marketing, and recommendations. Manage day-to-day operational aspects and collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects. Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues. Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications. Identify appropriate revenue recognition, ensure timely and accurate invoicing, and monitor receivables for the project. Analyze project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rate, and utilization. Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects. Requirements 4+ years experience in Digital/online/brand agency environment. 4+ years in managing web design and development projects. Sound understanding of web standards, social networks, SEM, e-commerce, and mobile technologies. Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues.
