Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Technical Support & Planning Develop, review, and optimize well intervention and workover programs. Provide engineering support for daily operations across workovers, coiled tubing, wireline, slickline, and otherrigless activities. Troubleshoot well integrity and intervention challenges with innovative solutions. Ensure programs are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with best practices. Operational Excellence & Compliance Support operational risk management and incident investigations. Ensure compliance with internal company standards, regulatory frameworks, and industry guidelines. Collaborate with the well's operations team, service providers, and other engineering disciplines to align business objectives. Continuous Improvement & Cost Control Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements in well intervention activities. Contribute to cost control, budget planning, and performance tracking of intervention programs. Drive innovation and optimization initiatives to enhance intervention and P&A efficiency. #J-18808-Ljbffr
