KIVARI is an exciting and growing company inviting applications for a Customer Care Manager. This role is working in the Head Office in Freshwater, Sydney NSW. Founded in 2014, KIVARI is on track for successful growth through its journey to expand its global footprint through Retail, E-Commerce, and Wholesale channels. About You: You are highly organized, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential, as you’ll be working closely with both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Wholesale Administration Logistics and Account Management Review and approve EDI submissions, ensuring they are correct and timely for each delivery Product uploads to sales software ahead of seasonal sales and new sales opportunities Supplier and Production Coordination: Ensure International Supplier manuals and ticketing/packing requirements are shared with production and distribution for seamless delivery Monthly invoicing for prepaid customers using ERP software and manage AR for wholesale, including regular meetings with international and AU sales teams. Nurture boutique relationships and deliver excellent customer service Qualifications: 2+ years of fashion administration or retail sales experience Strong analytical, numeracy, and Excel skills Experience with ERP systems (e.g., I8, Niche) and JOOR (preferred) Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking abilities Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service with a solution-oriented approach Excellent written and verbal communication skills Resourceful and proactive in resolving issues with a focus on satisfaction and retention What We Offer: An unrivalled opportunity to shape the identity of a globally recognised brand.
