Our ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented go-getter with a knack for building relationships and keeping operations running smoothly. If this sounds familiar, we want you! Responsibilities Build and nurture relationships with new and existing wholesale clients through proactive communication and outreach. Identify and engage with potential wholesale accounts via cold outreach to actively grow our B2B customer base. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring our wholesale partners have an unparalleled experience. Coordinate trade shows, including booking, setting up, sales, taking orders, and domestic/international travel as necessary. Operations Management Oversee warehouse packing staff, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment of orders. Manage and support our customer service VA, resolving queries and maintaining a high standard of support. Keep accurate records of inventory levels, regularly monitoring and updating to ensure optimal product availability. Keep financial records up to date by managing bookkeeping via Xero, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. About You We’re looking for someone with: Experience : Proven experience in wholesale account management, customer service, sales, and operational oversight. Initiative : A proactive attitude with the ability to identify and seize growth opportunities. Problem-Solving : Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and find efficient solutions. Organisation : Strong organisational skills to juggle multiple tasks and priorities. Communication : Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and team members. Tech Savvy : Familiarity with multiple software systems for accounting, customer service, and order management (e.g., Xero, Gorgias, B2B Wave, Shopify, or similar).
