The firm represents clients in multiple courts, staying updated on legal developments to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently and effectively. About The Opportunity The primary purpose of this position is to provide high-quality legal advice and representation in wills and estate matters. Some of your responsibilities will include: Advising clients on estate administration and probate matters Drafting wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning documents Handling estate disputes and litigation, including family provision claims Mentoring junior lawyers and assisting in business development initiatives Providing succession planning advice for high-net-worth individuals and businesses About You The successful candidate will have: At least 5 years PQE in the same role Strong technical expertise in estate planning, probate, and estate litigation Exceptional client service skills with a compassionate and professional approach Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment What's in it for You?
