Leading Destination in the market Our client is a national private practice firm with local and international reach known for having deep industry knowledge and breakthrough business insights. The opportunity We are seeking a pro-active and experienced Wills & Estate Senior Lawyer who is looking to secure an opportunity to progress their career and gain invaluable experience whilst working alongside Senior Lawyers and Partners within Private client and Property teams. You will have carriage of your own files in areas including: Wills and complex estate and succession planning Deceased estates Testator Family Maintenance claims EPOA’s & NCAT guardianship and administration matters Trusts & Superannuation Estate & equity litigation Elder abuse Drafting of legal documents and agreements Advising clients and preparing formal legal opinions Leading negotiations with counterparts Implementing estate plans and drafting legal documents including Wills, Testamentary Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Loan Agreement. Exceptional Legal Professional Required The ideal candidate will have expertise (PQE 6+) in Estate, Wills and Property Litigation, as well as a high level of expertise in complex and simple estate planning.
