Your Role: As a Window & Door Service Technician, you'll be a key player in our seasoned teams. Your responsibilities include the finishing work of various doors and windows at job sites. Expect to showcase your carpentry skills, executing tasks such as glass glazing, glass bead replacement, framing repairs, sash replacements, and screen replacements & repairs. Teamwork is at our core, and a positive "can-do" attitude is a must for every technician. Responsibilities: Be a team player and willing to work and learn on the job Perform carpentry and glazing tasks Practice job site safety Remove old windows, doors, and shutters as needed Install a variety of window and door products and brand parts Read and understand building codes, building plans, and product approvals Load and unload construction materials Erect scaffolding and operate lifts and ladders Installing window and door trim What You Bring: Experience and Skill: We are looking for a seasoned pro for this position (3+ years experience). Team Spirit: Embrace collaboration and contribute to a positive work environment. Craftsmanship: Take pride in your work, ensuring precision and excellence in every installation. Qualifications: Must have a valid driver's license Be at least 18 years of age Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks including lifting 80+ lbs 3+ years of experience in window and door repair 2 years of experience in carpentry Ability to lead and take direction from a supervisor Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly About Sunset View Windows and Doors: Sunset View Windows and Doors is a family and veteran-owned company that values its team members and places great emphasis on quality hires.
