We’re on the lookout for driven, professional and passionate people to join the Brunch Direct (phone sales) team. The Brunch Direct channel specialise in expertly crafted phone sales campaigns, acting as an extension of the cellar door experience for our partner winery clients. We’ve worked with 150 wineries across Australia including Tyrell’s, Yarra Yering, Moss Wood, Cullen Wines, d’Arenberg & many more. With a robust commission structure, industry perks, and weekly incentives, this role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales and premium Australian wine. What We’re Looking For: You are a highly motivated individual with a strong desire to be in sales and have previous experience in a sales role. You are passionate about wine - this role goes beyond selling wine—it’s about tailoring solutions to meet customer preferences and creating memorable experiences. You are competent on the tools and able to work autonomously . Our processes rely on technology, so comfort with Apple systems, project management and CRM tools is essential. You are a strong and engaging communicator - you’ll be reaching out to customers who have opted to hear from their favourite wineries, making sure every interaction is meaningful. You are respectful, and are able to work in a collaborative , professional environment. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our Fitzroy offices two days a week and enjoy three days from the comfort of your home. We’re also open to considering applicants from all over Australia, depending on your experience! While this is a casual position, we prefer candidates who can commit to 4-5 days a week.
