About the Role: Kinetic Well Intervention Services is part of a progressive well servicing company specialising in Well Intervention, Completions, Workovers, Production Support and Fluid Management. We have been established for over 30 years and continue to provide market leading solutions within specialised areas. With an ever-increasing workload in our operations around Australia we are seeking a Wireline Electrical Field Engineer for a permanent position within the company. The Wireline Electrical Field Engineer is responsible for coordinating the Electric Wireline Operators and the efficient and effective installation, testing and maintenance of electrical wireline components, ensuring that all safety, environment and quality standards are maintained. The successful candidate will undertake: Assisting with reviewing, planning, and executing the operational program steps for the deployment of electrical well intervention activities at onsite oil and gas installations. Deploying a wide variety of electrical wireline services from MPK wireline portfolio at the wellsite, in line with MPK and Customers expectations. Supervising electrical equipment at the wellsite and at the shop to provide specific logging and perforating services. Acquiring and delivering high quality data from MPK services to our clients to meet their data acquisition objective. Advising Customer Representative with the logging operations; basic interpretation of logging data, troubleshooting and wellsite analysis. We have an attractive roster on offer - 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off. The position is predominately based at our QLD operations in Roma, however we conduct operations in all mainland states of Australia, so there will be opportunities to work in a variety of locations. About You: You would hold a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (or similar) with approximately 3 years cased hole wireline experience. Accreditation with Engineers Australia or RPEQ will be highly desired. You would be required to hold the following tickets: QLD explosive Licence + certificate of attainment. QLD Driver’s licence. IWCF or recognised WPCE training. Wireline Training School certification. The successful candidate will have experience in the following: 3 years cased hole wireline experience. Pressure Control Equipment. Pipe recovery operations. Perforating. Cement bond Logging. Integrity logging + log interpretation & delivery. Roma locals are encouraged to apply!
