To Thrive In This Role, You’ll Need: Relevant tertiary qualifications in WHS and/or equivalent professional experience in WHS or risk management in the Healthcare sector. Strong expertise in WHS consultation, policy development, safety management systems, and safety culture enhancement. Proven ability to analyse trends, develop strategies, and manage WHS risks effectively. Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in developing and delivering training programs. A commitment to fostering a positive and healthy workplace culture.
