As our Workplace Health & Safety Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our commitment to safety, ensuring our staff and workplaces remain safe and compliant.As the WHS Specialist, you will: Lead & enhance our WHS Management System – Ensure compliance, conduct risk assessments, and drive continuous safety improvements. Support injury management & return to work – Work closely with our injury management provider and help employees get back to work safely. Collaborate with key stakeholders – Work alongside Client Services, HR, and Quality teams to maintain high safety standards and act as the safety subject matter expert. Make a difference – Your work ensures that everyone goes home safe at the end of their shift. ABOUT YOU We're looking for someone with:Prior experience in a similar WHS role Strong knowledge of Workcover, OH&S legislation, and return-to-work processes. A natural ability to influence and drive positive safety outcomes. Strong organisational, reporting, and communication skills. Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team Cert IV in Occupational Health and Safety or relevant qualifications (desirable).
