We are seeking a Workday Implementation Lead on a 12-month contract basis, to spearhead the seamless rollout of Workday Financials across our Group’s subsidiaries. Your Mission: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into Workday solutions. Lead the design and validation of Workday Financials (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking & Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Projects, and Financial Reporting & Analytics). Identify process improvements and implement scalable solutions. Oversee integrations with existing systems and manage data migration. Own testing, training, and user adoption—ensuring a smooth transition. What You Bring: Proven experience in Workday Financials implementation and optimisation. Adaptive Planning experience is advantageous. Deep expertise in financial operations, compliance, and reporting. A history of success with enterprise-wide ERP implementations. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills—you are a natural at bringing people on the journey. The ability to thrive under pressure, meet deadlines, and solve problems proactively.
