You will collaborate closely with our Employment Consultants, local employers, and stakeholders to support job seekers in achieving sustainable employment. Your role is dynamic and varied, from office meetings with participants to on-the-road visits with employers and community groups. Whether strategizing in a boardroom or brainstorming over coffee, you'll be at the heart of developing innovative pathways for our participants. The role will require regular travel to service surrounding areas. Desired Skills and Experience What You'll Do: Empowerment through Engagement: Foster meaningful relationships with participants, employers, and community organizations to create tailored pathways for success. Dynamic Days: No two days are alike—your schedule could include everything from high-level meetings to casual coffee catch-ups. Measure of Success: Your impact will be measured by the positive relationships you cultivate and the sustained employment outcomes you achieve. About You: While prior industry experience isn’t required, you bring the drive and interpersonal skills needed to thrive in diverse settings. Your ability to juggle multiple deadlines and ensure compliance with administrative tasks is key. Most importantly, you're motivated by the opportunity to hit performance targets and contribute to stronger communities through sustainable employment.
