Key Points Fixed Term Maternity Leave to end Sep 2025 with the possibility to extend Opportunity to contribute on exciting AI projects Be a part of a highly skilled and supportive team The Role Reporting to the Senior Manager Operations & Analytics, this role will be responsible for managing centre reporting, interpreting, analysing and providing recommendations to improve the divisional workforce to optimise efficiencies and increase customer experience and satisfaction. This role will be offered initially as a 7-month fixed term contract covering maternity leave. Key duties and responsibilities include: You will be responsible for the development, implementation, and distribution of regular and ad-hoc reporting You will liaise with internal teams and external Vendors to ensure our reporting data accuracy and system performance targets are met Ensuring accurate and timely dashboard reports are available to stakeholders based on their needs Manage the consolidation and analysis of data within a complex multi-system Omni channel environment (including front and back office) to provide clear and concise insights to support data driven decision making Translate data into planned and actionable items Providing advice, insights and assess performance variances to identify issues and possible solutions.
