Workforce Software (WFS) Senior Consultant / Lead Job Title: Workforce Software Lead Consultant Location: Anywhere in Australia Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are seeking a Workforce Software Lead Consultant to join a consulting organisation in Australia. In this role, you will lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workforce Software (WFS) solutions for clients across various industries. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end Workforce Software implementations, including Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Absence Management. Work closely with clients to understand their workforce management needs and provide expert recommendations. Configure and customize Workforce Software solutions to align with business processes. Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Train end-users and support change management initiatives. Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with HR and Payroll systems. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Workforce Software (WFS) implementation and consulting. Strong knowledge of workforce management processes. Experience with system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
