Reference: WF-OX_1739892283Posted: February 18, 2025 We have a great opportunity for a Working Foreman / Foreman working with a fit-out contractor near Abingdon, Oxford. The project is a laboratory fit-out project. You will be the number one working foreman / foreman and be responsible for managing the logistics, sub-contractors, documents, and inductions. You will be reporting to the Construction and Project Manager daily. While managing the site, you must also maintain a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget. The ideal Site Supervisor must have: Office / laboratory fit-out experience Ability to take instruction from No.1 Site Manager Experience in working on commercial / laboratory fit-outs Experience in M+E Understanding of programmes and ability to handle minutes efficiently Experience successfully running fit-out projects as a foreman on commercial projects Interpersonal skills to collaborate with the rest of the team SSSTS, First Aid, and CSCS Card What's in it for you as the Working Foreman / Foreman on this project?
