Contribute to only Respondent work in this employer-only practice; unique meritocracy model; reward & recognition; flexible work arrangements; WFH 2; Contentious and non-contentious Respondent/employer practice only Skills & Experience You will be a Workplace Relations Lawyer at the 4 years’ PAE to Senior Associate level where you will be able to take the lead on matters. Your New Role This role will see you work across Workplace Relations, IR, and Work Health & Safety within a reputable employment law practice undertaking both contentious and non-contentious work. You will assist in growing the practice and work with a team of junior employment lawyers. You will advise large and small corporate clients, including Government and Statutory authorities. You will be involved in a team where your work is recognized nationally; greater mentoring and client engagement are provided given the solicitor/partner ratio; purchased parental and performance reward leave; unique meritocracy model; celebrating success; exceptional legal service; working with a team of juniors; and 180-day career forecasting sessions to fast track your progression.
