We are Two Circles, a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business focused on growing audiences and revenues by understanding fans. We collaborate with clients to influence fan behavior, including spending patterns, event attendance, and content engagement. As a Workplace Technology Engineer at Two Circles, you will oversee the tools and technologies used by our team, both remotely and in-office, to successfully rewire sports. We operate a mix of Windows and Mac devices and utilize various SaaS applications across our 13 locations, with minimal on-prem infrastructure aside from collaboration tech and third-party networking to support hybrid working. This role is part of our Technology Operations team, collaborating with our Service Delivery Manager, Support Technicians, Information Security, and other specialists to share knowledge and enhance the business experience. You will have opportunities to influence the direction of our Technology Operations strategy, manage a diverse range of work, and develop your knowledge of technologies, systems, and practices. Requirements The ideal background and skills we are looking for include: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role Highly proficient in Windows and Mac support Managing and configuring Office 365 and Azure Active Directory/Entra ID MDM with Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune Collaboration/unified communications tools and hardware (preferably Teams) Service Management practices, including incident/request, change, and problem management Awareness of Data Protection, Privacy, and Governance principles, e.g., GDPR Application of modern workplace security practices Beneficial Experience Experience with the following would also be beneficial: Atlassian products (especially Jira) Broader Azure infrastructure stack Application Packaging ITIL Foundation Project Delivery Previous 2nd Line experience Benefits We offer a benefits package to suit you and your lifestyle!
