Join Anglicare as a Full-Time Workplace Trainer at Marcus Loane House, Warriewood for a 6 month maternity cover contract Are you a professional, energetic Workplace Trainer with a passion for elevating the standards of care? Anglicare’s Residential Care Home in Warriewood is seeking a dedicated individual to collaborate closely with our care team, coordinating and delivering impactful staff training that enhances the lives of our residents. About The Role As a Workplace Trainer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our staff are well-prepared, skilled, and motivated. Your expertise will help frontline staff achieve positive learning outcomes, directly enhancing the quality of care. Key Responsibilities Comprehensive Inductions : Conduct thorough and engaging orientations for new employees. Mandatory Competency Management : Keep staff up-to-date with essential training to meet industry standards. Accurate Training Records : Maintain complete and precise documentation for all training activities. Promote a Safety Culture : Actively support a safe workplace through participation in safety activities and WHS compliance. About You Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment Certificate III in Aged Care Work (or equivalent) Proven experience in aged care Excellent communication skills Experience with RTO assessment validation (highly desirable) Why Join Us?
