As a Workshop Engineer, you will be responsible for the entire process of testing various enterprise level IT parts in the workshop and ensuring parts availability. You will also be trained on the full range of server, storage and networking products. What we’re looking for: An IT related certification at Tafe or similar. Genuine interest and passion for hardware systems. Previous experience working in a customer facing environment. Willingness to assist Engineers and Managers with ad-hoc support.
