Job Description

Role and responsibility: Repair, PDI and refurbishment of coffee equipment, delivering a world class customer experience. Perform planned preventative maintenance on a broad range of equipment. Carry out accurate fault diagnosis on equipment, ensuring we deliver best value, with a focus on attention to detail, driving a reliable and customer focussed service. Deliver exceptional customer service through communication and operator training (e.g. operation and cleaning of coffee equipment). Self-management of spare parts stock holding and consumption. Complete all necessary job cards and supporting documents including videos to support quotations. Support colleagues and engage pro-actively with all areas of the business. What we are looking for: A real can-do attitude. Professional in nature and drive to represent the business in a positive manner. Relevant electro-mechanical experience preferred but not essential. Self-motivated. Computer literate, with experience on Excel and Word essential. Customer focused. Team player.
