Job Description As the Workspace Experience Manager , you are at the heart of creating 5-star hospitality experiences in our workspaces. Your role is crucial in managing day-to-day operations (which includes our office spaces, cafe and serviced meeting spaces) across multiple sites in Sydney, fostering a vibrant community, and ensuring exceptional service and member engagement. You will lead a diverse team, promoting a culture of collaboration, professional development, and operational efficiency. Your leadership skills will be key in unifying team efforts, maintaining consistent quality, and crafting a dynamic, engaging environment for every member and guest. What we’re looking for: We're seeking a visionary leader who is passionate about crafting unparalleled member experiences and driving operational success. What your day-to-day will look like (but not limited to!): Lead and manage the daily operations of two clubhouses, ensuring a consistent and high-quality member experience. Foster a vibrant community by engaging with members, gathering feedback, and enhancing community initiatives. Lead, mentor, and develop your team to exceed business objectives, financial targets, and customer expectations. Manage clubhouse P&Ls, align operational expenses with financial targets, and ensure profitability. Develop strong relationships with building management and contractors, ensuring smooth operations and service excellence. Collaborate with the Sales team to maximise occupancy, customer retention, and business development opportunities. What makes you successful: In this role, your ability to manage multi-site operations and lead teams effectively will be key. You’ll ensure our clubhouses operate smoothly, deliver outstanding member experiences, and meet financial and operational targets. Your strong leadership and community-building skills will foster a thriving and collaborative environment across both locations. Qualifications We're Looking For Someone Who has: 5+ years of experience managing teams in hospitality, customer service, or a related field. Experience in managing new site openings and ensuring operational excellence. Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage P&Ls and optimise budgets. Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and key stakeholders.
