Heywood Rural Health Aged Care Services Heywood Rural Health Aged Care Services sits within the farming Community of Heywood. We pride ourselves on providing a warm and friendly environment that is closely connected with our local community and the people who live there. We are in close proximity to larger regional towns and have regular outings to shops and restaurants in Portland, Mount Gambier, Hamilton, and Warrnambool. We have Primary Health and Medical Services on site which are staffed with Registered Nurses 24/7.
