The leadership you will bring As the Team Leader of Kalgoorlie-Boulder Youth Accommodation Service, you will be passionate about delivering our national youth services model of care to assist young people in their journey to independence. You will lead and mentor a passionate, high-functioning team of youth workers to deliver quality client-centered supported crisis accommodation for young people aged 15-24 years who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. Part of your role as the Team Leader will also be to coordinate and oversee all daily operations of the accommodation service. This is a permanent, full-time position paid in accordance with the SCHADS award, level 6.
